Nationwide Onsite Repair
Get prompt and efficient onsite repair from one of our 160 strategically located Field Service Personnel (FSP). Every one of our FSP maintains a local inventory of parts and tools that are specific to your technology environment. You’ll receive a call within an hour during normal business hours to coordinate prompt onsite attention.
Need a replacement tomorrow? With our Advance Exchange service, you submit a service request, and we ship a replacement device for next-day delivery. A return shipping label is provided to return the failed device.
Send non-functioning or impaired devices to be repaired in our centrally located repair depot. Our highly trained personnel will quickly diagnose, repair, and return your hardware We use custom designed foam shipping containers for maximum transport protection.
Cooperative Self Service
If you have internal IT maintenance and repair resources but need immediate, continuous access to quality parts, components, and technical phone support, Cooperative Self Service is your best bet. We provide the support and parts infrastructure, and you provide the technician.
