Scantron’s records show that we previously loaned the mentioned Scantron Test Scoring Machine(s) to your institution under the Scantron Loan Program.
According to the terms of the Program, participants are required to purchase a minimum volume of Scantron forms from us annually.
Our records indicate that you have not met the required minimum annual volume of Scantron forms from us in 2023 or 2024.
How Can I Get Reinstated?
Please visit the online Scantron Store (www.store.scantron.com) or contact our customer service team at 800-722-6876 to place your order for the minimum annual forms purchase to be reinstated in the program. We must receive your order within fifteen (15) days.
If We Do Not Hear from You in Fifteen (15) Days:
We will assume that you are no longer interested in participating in the Scantron Loan Program. You will receive a Notice of Title Transfer for the scanner(s).
