Tony Bell’s story begins in the heart of rural Ohio, where hard work, resilience, and integrity weren’t just values—they were everyday lessons. Those early experiences shaped his character and built the foundation for the leader he is today. 

 

After marrying his high school sweetheart, Tony embarked on a life filled with adventure and purpose. Together, they raised two sons: one who built a thriving career in information technology in Los Angeles, and another who is soaring toward his dream of becoming a commercial airline pilot. Along the way, their journey took them from Ohio to Colorado and now to sunny Florida, where family, friendships, and new memories continue to grow. 

 

Tony’s professional path has been just as dynamic. With more than 25 years of leadership across public schools and private business, he developed a unique multidisciplinary background spanning technology, operations, manufacturing, sales, project management, technical implementation, and customer support. This diverse experience gave him a holistic view of how customers move through their journeys—not as a straight line, but as a series of interconnected moments. 

 

For more than two decades at Scantron, Tony has been the steady hand guiding teams across presales, onboarding, customer support, and professional services. His passion lies in harmonizing people, processes, and technology so that clients not only see results quickly, but also feel supported every step of the way. To Tony, it’s never just about delivering a service—it’s about delivering value in the most personalized and efficient way possible. 

 

Outside of work, Tony continues to honor his grandfather’s legacy as a master craftsman by creating unique woodworking projects for family and friends. He and his wife share a love of the outdoors, whether hiking hidden trails, traveling abroad, or simply enjoying time by the pool or beach. And when Fall rolls around, there’s no mistaking his loyalty—you’ll find him in full Buckeye spirit, cheering on THE Ohio State University alongside fellow fans.
