David joined Scantron in January 2025 with more than 17 years of experience in senior financial leadership and legal counsel roles, overseeing all finance and accounting and guiding strategic initiatives for long-term growth.
His expertise spans software/technology, geospatial information systems, healthcare, and financial services, with a strong background in capital fundraising, private equity, and M&A for growth-stage companies.
He previously was an auditor with Ernst & Young, LLP and held financial and legal positions across several organizations. He holds dual CPA and JD credentials.
