Multiple Survey Distribution Options

SurveyTracker Plus E-Mail/Web allows you to distribute your survey using the best method for your respondents. You can send the surveys using one method or any combination of the support methods and there's no limitation to the number of responses you can collect. Data collection methods include: paper,  types of e-mail (HTML and text), Web survey on your server, web surveys hosted on the auto-host web server, Survey-by-Disk, and classic paper-based surveys. All electronic surveys offer rapid, automatic data collection.

Wizards

Many features in SurveyTracker Plus are accessed through wizards which make it easier to create a survey or report, define a survey style that you can apply to your entire survey at once, or distribute surveys using your favorite method. Wizards simplify tasks that might otherwise appear complicated.

Project Organization

SurveyTracker Plus provides a convenient and informative Project Table that keeps your work organized and easily accessible. You can organize projects into categories and drag and drop them between categories.

User-Definable Libraries

SurveyTracker Plus includes five libraries that contain both pre-written and user-definable content. The libraries include: a survey library with over 100 pre-written surveys, a question library, a message library, an image library, and a survey style library. In addition, a report library allows you to use reports from any project as a template for a new report.

Design Screens

SurveyTracker Plus' survey and design screens offer a flexible What-You-See-Is-What-You-Get (WYSIWYG) interface with full drag-and-drop support. The survey looks on screen will match the printed output or the final Web survey.

Question Design

SurveyTracker Plus provides maximum flexibility in designing surveys that use any of the scale types supported: single response, multiple response, horizontal numerical, fixed sum, forced ranking, yes/no, true/false, write-in text, write-in numeric, and write-in date. Each question can have up to six scales with each scale supporting up to 300 scale choices.

Styles

You can use pre-defined or user customizable survey styles. A survey style allows you to define the overall appearance of your survey, including the color schemes, the layout of questions and scales, fonts, and so forth. The survey styles are a time-saving feature that allows you to personalize your surveys and standardize them between projects.

Audience List Capability

SurveyTracker Plus software contains an extensive database to keep track of your Audience List. Audience List support allows you to include or import a list of potential respondents to use with your survey. When responses are linked to the Audience List, the more detail you have, the fewer demographic questions you need to ask in the survey, and the more options you have when generating reports. Audience Lists can support up to 200 customizable fields, ensuring that organizations with lengthy records can use SurveyTracker Plus software. Audience List information can also be used to personalize the survey by allowing you to merge information such as the respondent's name and location onto paper surveys and pre-slug response grids on scannable forms.

Versatile Data Collection

SurveyTracker Plus offers a convenient data collection screen where you can collect, review, and edit the response data from all of your distributions. Data can be entered and edited manually or collected automatically from the various electronic methods, such as scannable forms, manual entry, Web and e-mail. SurveyTracker data can be exported (with Audience List information, if desired) to a text file if you need to use it other programs such as Microsoft® Excel® or SPSS®.
