Survey Plan & Needs Analysis

Consultants meet with customers to determine the goals and objectives of the project. A survey plan is created to make sure that the study focuses on your precise needs and goals.  This ensures that critical information is gathered to help you obtain actionable data.  This positions you for maximum success!

Questionnaire Development and Refinement

Survey research is ineffective unless the questions are designed and worded correctly.  Scantron Consultants work with you to develop the questions that get you the most useful results.

If your survey already exists, we can also provide refinement of your survey, without starting from scratch. Scantron Consultants will ensure that question sets are complete, clear and designed for maximum success.

Written Summaries

Scantron Consultants are experts at summarizing the survey findings in Written Reports.  The analysis can be basic, or can include the identification of Key Drivers, derived through advance statistical analysis.  Consultants will draw appropriate conclusions, identify meaningful trends and suggest next steps. 

Presentation of Survey Results

Every Written Summary is debriefed via telephone.  Of, if the client prefers, Scantron Consultants present the results in person, on-site.  Either way, this allows for thoughtful dialogue between the client and the consultant.  The client may invite to the debrief anyone who will benefit from attending - on the phone or in person.  These presentations are fully tailored to the needs and interest of each constituent group.
