Survey Services

Scantron has more than three decades of survey and data collection experience with the financial services industry and customer-centric organizations. Our complete survey services expertise ranges from pre-survey design, development, implementation, key driver analysis and action planning. Scantron provides the tools and services needed to measure, assess, and improve your organization's profitability and growth.

Scantron specializes in full-service survey services for financial services, but also works with healthcare, retail and hospitality organizations to measure employee and customer satisfaction.

Training

Scantron Corporation has a fully staffed corporate training department through which we offer an extensive list of product training and staff development classes and seminars. The training team is dedicated to building capacity for change within organizations and institutions through a series of training and consulting activities. Full course outlines for each class offered are available upon request. Scantron's Corporate Training team is a proud member of the National Staff Development Council [NSDC]. As such, our professionals adhere strictly to the NSDC Code of Ethics and Standards Conduct.

Training and Staff Development courses are offered onsite at customer locations or via online courses. Some 'open enrollment' (public) classes are also offered, periodically, at a Scantron corporate training facility.

Project Management Services for Performance Series

In order to help ensure the most successful implementation, Scantron offers project management services to help organize staff, data, training, and testing. These services alleviate much of the pressures associated with any assessment project, large or small.

To accommodate specific data needs, Scantron offers custom alignment services and research study options. Both services assist administrators to meet their board, state, or financial requirements.
