Prosper Test Scoring & Reporting
The Prosper assessment system quickly scores and analyzes test data collected by an OMR, image or plain paper scanners, then produces reports that pinpoint the strengths and weaknesses of
individual students, subgroups and entire classes.
Measure Student Performance Against Objectives
Prosper test reports solve the mystery of where students stand relative to mastery of
learning objectives. Immediate results enable a teacher to respond with immediate intervention.
The teacher can target students for one-on-one instruction or form a cluster of students who
share a need for more attention on particular objectives.
To aid in tailoring instruction to meet individual student needs, Prosper can include
prescriptive or corrective information based on the student's performance against the objectives.
Test Reports
Some of the standard test reports include:
- Class Standards - displays an easy-to-read chart indicating student
proficiency against each objective tested.
- Class Performance Statistics with Learning Objectives - shows overall
class performance along with question summaries to indicate each student's ability to answer
each question.
- Class Proficiency - provides statistical data about the group's mastery
of each learning objective on individual tests or as a summary of multiple tests chosen for analysis.
- Learner Standards Proficiency - shows an individual's progress against
all defined objectives in a course.
- Learner Test Report - displays the score and grade for the student on
a specific test.
- Demographic Filters - compile results for student subgroups by economic
background, race and ethnicity, English language proficiency, migrant status and disability
or other school- or district-defined demographic categories.
