HIP Health Plan of New York, a health care provider serving more than 1.4 million members throughout New York, Connecticut and Massachusetts, uses Scantron Survey Services to conduct loyalty surveys for Medicare members as well as commercial members. Surveys are printed, distributed, collected and processed - and results reported by Scantron - all on a monthly basis.
