How it Works

Preparation & Initiating Surveys

Using an export from your information system, the list of departments, instructors and courses (or programs, trainers and seminars) are imported into Class Climate. The questionnaires, which are easily created using the web interface, are then mass generated. The mass generation of the paper or online surveys is managed quickly and easily by the system. The system customizes each questionnaire based on your course input. E-mail invitations and reminders of the online surveys, or batch printing of the paper surveys for an entire department or program, saves time and money.

Input and Immediate Feedback

Using a Scantron imaging scanner, the questionnaires are sorted, digitized and processed into the corresponding course or seminar, along with an image of any handwritten comments. The raw data is then statistically analyzed and graphically prepared in a PDF evaluation report. Based on your requirements, the system can be configured to dispatch the reports to the instructors automatically or you can start a batch process to send or print the reports when needed.

Final Analysis

As soon as all online or paper evaluations have been completed, the collected data is available for use in a variety of report formats. Faculty profiles, study courses and department reports can be created by using the web interface of Class Climate. For those in a corporate environment, reports on trainer profiles, training sessions and programs can be created.

Optimize and Improve Quality

With Class Climate, deans or managers can be granted access to Quality Management views for one or more departments. In the QM view, the outcomes of quality guidelines (defined by your organization) are shown in a Web interface in order to identify outstanding or problem areas. Class Climate also allows for benchmar king to measure against future evaluations.
