How does Class Climate handle the handwritten comments from the paper surveys?
Class Climate automates the collection of the handwritten comments with the use of an Imaging scanner,
such as Scantron iNSIGHT scanners. The handwritten comments are imaged and automatically sorted and placed
in the reports for viewing. Class Climate also allows organizations to set a threshold for smaller classes
were the transcribing of the comments might be necessary.
Do I need to print the reports and distribute them to the instructor or trainer?
Class Climate automates the sending of the instructor or trainer PDF report by email. Standard or custom
report options can be determined by your organization, along with determining if the reports are sent
automatically or batch sent or printed when needed.
