Senior Requirement Engineer

The Senior Requirement Engineer will work closely with Engineering and Product management to produce functional specification requirements to support business objectives.

Required Experience/Skills

• Drive key initiatives to completion. Ensure deliverables meet business needs and technology direction.
• Manage the technical requirements specification documents and provide timely updates to the core product team members.
• Provide technical and functional support for project team, participating in reviews, alternatives and technical direction in all phases of the development and implementation life cycle.
• Conduct effective meetings; publish minutes, and track issues and actions to resolution.
• Gather and track business and functional requirements, write detailed functional and technical specifications and identify gaps.
• Provide on-going feedback and status to Director of Engineering and business areas.
• Additional responsibilities include: Leading requirements definition, participating in conceptual design, and functional design activities to meet client requirements
• Experience in a role that required in-depth feasibility, data analysis, expertise in technical systems including participation in testing activities, developing action plans for large-scale implementation of new or enhanced processes or technology
• 7 years of experience with requirements gathering, documentation, hands-on detailed systems, data modeling, development and implementation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently within established budgets and time lines.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and embrace new and changing technologies, applications and solutions.
• Solid software development and application implementation background.
• Strong planning and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Requires excellent communication, organization, leadership, time management, and solution-oriented skills.
• Must be a team player with the ability to identify issues and be proactive in driving solutions.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and judgment in delivering projects aligned with clients and organizational objectives.
• Experience in fundamental business analyst's skills around managing client relationships, process modeling, requirements gathering, design and implementation is required.
