Scantron provides assessment and survey solutions for the rapid, accurate and reliable capture of student performance data at the classroom, school, and district level.

Scantron's K-12 districtwide assessment solution helps educators meet NCLB requirements and raise the level of student achievement through a combination of computer-adaptive diagnostic testing and standards-based formative assessment. Scantron's solution combines a research-based, content-rich computer adaptive test known as Performance Series and a content-neutral, highly flexible assessment product known as Achievement Series that educators use to develop and administer online and paper-based tests and receive immediate results.

Scantron also offers classroom- and school-level software testing solutions. The Prosper™ assessment system is a locally-installed software product that helps educators implement true formative assessment strategies in their classrooms and schools. It provides teachers with immediate feedback tied specifically to the learning objectives for their programs so they know immediately what objectives need rework and can track and compare student and class proficiency across multiple tests.

The Engage Response System can be used standalone or in concert with Prosper. Engage offers handheld response devices that increase student/employee participation and comprehension in both educational and commercial learning environments.

Most of these software solutions can be combined with Scantron's comprehensive line of scanners, world-class forms, printing and scoring services, and custom content development for a complete end-to-end solution.

For a non-software based alternative, Scantron's Test Scoring Machine, combined with Scantron Genuine Forms, offers an easy-to-use classroom or school-based testing solution. Test Scoring Machines are available at no charge through the Scantron Loan Program.
